Any professional consulting, engineering, or development services provided by X3von Technologies will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). The terms of such MSA/SOW shall supersede these general website terms in the event of any conflict regarding deliverables, intellectual property transfer, and payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will X3von Technologies, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of our site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
